She was predeceased by: her parents, James Kent and Ava Parrish Kent. She is survived by: her significant other Hugh Parham of Donalsonville, GA; and her son James Marshal Neel of Kentucky'. She is also survived by three sisters; three brothers; one grandchild; and one great great grandchild.
