He is survived by: his wife Valerie "Lynn" Irvin Banks of Doerun; his mother Thelma Hill Banks of Moultrie; his children, Megan Shipp (Anthony) of Sylvester, Adrienne Banks of Doerun and Kwaki Copeland of Doerun; his siblings, Andrew Banks of Atlanta, Johnny Banks (Belinda) of Atlanta, Sterling Pitman (Tammy) of Atlanta, Zell Banks-Daniels of Doerun and Melissa Pittman of Moultrie; his grandchildren, Arian Pace and Cayson Shipp; his sisters-in-law, Shelia Jackson of Doerun, Jeanette Douglas of Sylvester, Barbara Salaam of Albany and Traci Williams (Stacey) of Moultrie; his niece Rowena Daniels of Albany; and his cousins, Lavoski Munford (Dorothy) and Jocelyn Spates (Jamie). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and coworkers.
