She was predeceased by: her father William "Bill" Matthew Lewis. She is survived by: her mother Hattie Loretta "Rita" Jordan Lewis; her husband Jerry Wayne Green, Sr.; her children, Wayne Green (Trudi), Susan Hagin (Darrell) and David Green; her grandchildren, Haley Hagin, Henry Hagin, Journey Green, Jonah Hagin and Holly Green; and her siblings, Elaine Lester, Helen Whitney and Bobby Lewis.
