She was predeceased by: her parents, Freddie Lee Williams and Nellie Dismuke Williams; her great-grandparents, W. W. Williams and Doerun; and her siblings, Jeanette Williams, Freddie Lee Williams, Jr., Willie Joe Williams and Mildred Crowell.
She is survived by: her husband Don Senkbeil; her daughter Donna Senkbeil; and her grandson Diego Brochu-Senkbeil. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Doerun First Baptist Church (131 N Broad St, Doerun, GA 31744). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at the Doerun Cemetery (223 W Broad Ave, Doerun, GA 31744).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to two of Nellie's favorite charities, The Nature Conservancy and Feeding America, in her memory.
