He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter West Cosby and Irma Pettigrew Cosby. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Bacon Cosby of Doerun; his daughters, Jennifer Cosby Denmark (Brice) of Thomasville and Stacey Cosby Mathis (Joel Williams) of Leesburg; his grandchildren, Mackenzie Mathis, Logan Mathis, Leighton Mathis and Aniston Denmark; his great grandchild Baylor Singletary; his brother Wayne Cosby (Mariola) of Kathleen; and his nephews, David Cosby of Raleigh, N. C. and Christopher Cosby (Lisa) of Augusta.
Social distancing guidelines will be followed, and masks are recommended.
