He is survived by: his wife Mary Helen Thaggard Barfield of Doerun; his children, Buffy Marya Hall (Eric) of Doerun and Jody Maurice Barfield (Stephanie Burtz Barfield) of Doerun; his grandchildren, Jordan Maurice Barfield, Isabella Leanna-Grace Barfield, Dillon Hall and Cameron Hall; his great grandchild Lucia Grace Barfield; and his siblings, Judy Barfield Smith (Garlan), Jackie Barfield DeLoach (Mike) and Raye Barfield (Jeannie). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
