He is survived by: his children, Paula Horne NeSmith (Danny) of Tallahassee, FL and James Mike Horne, Jr. (Heidi) of Thomasville, GA; his sisters, Charlene Clark of Cantonment, FL and Dorris Baker (Ray) of Huntsville, AL; and his grandchildren, Theo Horne and John Michael Horne.
