He was predeceased by: his parents, William Nathaniel Howell and Irene Turner Howell. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Daniels Howell; his daughters, Amy Howell Bozeman (Tim) and Kari Howell Downing (John); and his grandson David.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 25th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Liberty Hill Baptist Church & Cemetery (724 Liberty Hill Church Road, Doerun, GA 31744). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 25th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, September 25th 2024 at the Liberty Hill Baptist Church.
