She is survived by: her husband Darrell Lee Simmons of Doerun; her children, Toni Simmons of Leesburg, Traci Brooks, Johnnie of Camilla, Trev Simmons and Shanna of Moultrie; her grandchildren, Nicole Klein (Paul), Lewis Brooks (Katherine), Carlton Brooks (Tinsley), Griffin Simmons (Isabel) and Jake Simmons; and her great grandchildren, Josie Klein, Jackson Klein, Cason Brooks and Bobby Brooks.
