He is survived by: his children, Toni Simmons of Leesburg, Traci Brooks, Johnnie of Doerun, Trev Simmons and Shanna of Doerun; his grandchildren, Nicole Klein, Paul, Lewis Brooks, Katherine, Carlton Brooks, Tinsley, Griffin Simmons, Isabel and Jake Simmons; his great grandchildren, Josie Klein, Jackson Klein, Cason Brooks, Laine Brooks, Bobby Brooks, Calvin Brooks, JD Simmons and Bill Simmons; his sisters, Irma Jean Smith, Margaret Bunch (Lynwood) and Karen Culbreth (David); and his sister-in-law Mary Jo Taylor. He is also survived by several other extended family members and friends.
