She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Minor Cobb and Doris Willis Cobb; her husband W. C. Howell; her sons, Duane Howell and Ronnie Howell; and her brothers, Jack Cobb and Carl Cobb.
She is survived by: her daughter Peggy Howell Bell; her granddaughter Jennifer Bell; her close friend Tammy Toomer; and her daughter-in-law Judy Howell. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
