She is survived by: her parent Mamie Irene Sellars Giles; her children, Jerry Taylor Sr. of Moultrie, Nancy of Moultrie, Diana Taylor of Moultrie, Anna Griffin Richter and Carl of Oxford, MS; her grandchildren, Jerry Taylor Jr., Corinne Taylor, Aaron Taylor, Amy Johnson, Denise Bruce, Michelle Bruce Bailey, Ryder Newton, Erin Williams, Allen Newton and William Franklin Griffin; her brother Fred Giles of Moultrie; and her sister-in-law Mary Giles of Valdosta. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
