He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Smith and Juanita Grace Hersman Smith; and his siblings, Harry Reuben "Junie" Smith and Arlea Rae Naylor. He is survived by: his wife Donna Marie Smith of Dixie; his children, Kenneth Leroy Smith (Ashley Friday) of Scottdale, GA, Brian Christopher Smith (Nicole Henson) of Marietta, GA and Judith Lynn Applebaum (James) of Ft. Meyers, FL; his granddaughter Allie Marie Smith; and his siblings-in-law, Cora Jodi Lopez of Dixie and Clyde Lee Nothy of Dixie.
