It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bessie Daniels of Dixie, Georgia, who passed away on August 20, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Jefferson Griffin and Sadie Altman Griffin; her husband Leon Daniels; her sons, Roger Daniels and Jefferson Daniels; her siblings, James, Richard, Benton Griffin, Wanda, Margie and Hazel; her grandchildren, Hank Copeland, Opey Copeland and April Daniels; and her great grandchildren, Garrett Daniels and Jenna Daniels.
She is survived by: her children, Lonnie Daniels (Peggy), Ronnie Daniels (Debra), Jerry Daniels and Judy Copeland (Peewee); her sisters, Barbara Peeples (Allen) and Linda Westberry (Lynwood); her grandchildren, Tori Lairsey (Michael), Jeanie Bowick (Craig), Kiersten Kesel (Charlie), Melissa Daniels, Roger Daniels (Michelle), Brian Daniels (Ashley) and Joshua Daniels; her great grandchildren, Shelby Daniels (Miles), Reagan Lairsey, Alexis Bowick, Macy Bowick, Clara Chancey, Cheryl Daniels, Hannah Daniels, Kaleb Aldridge, Whitt Lairsey, Eli Lairsey, Seth Copeland, Dominic Reynolds, Peyton Daniels and Taylor Daniels; and her great great grandchildren, Leanna Grant, Hunter White and Gannon Grant. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
