She is survived by: her children, Benjamin Turner Cook, Jr. (Barbara) of Ochlocknee, Carolyn Cook White (Carl) of Dixie, John Albert Cook of Rome, Jim Cook (Freda) of Fayetteville and Terry Cook (Faye) of Dixie; her grandchildren, Benjamin Turner Cook, III, Rebecca Cook, Jonathan Cook (Jill), Alicia Cook, Elizabeth Cook, Carl Walter White, Jr. (Guinka), Kathleen Sullivan (James), Edwin White (Amanda), John Albert Cook, Jr. (Billie), Kimberly Eggleston (Joe), Lori Cook, Julie Adams (Daniel), Terrance Cook, Daniel Cook and Michael Cook; her great grandchildren, Nathan Cook, Grace Cook, Ben Samples, Charles White, Lilia White, Katlyn Sullivan, Abigail Adams, James Adams, John Albert Cook, III and Aster Cook; and her grandson-in-law David Hamlin.
