He was predeceased by: his parents, James Robinson Jeffrey and Helen Ella Griffin Jeffrey. He is survived by: his wife Karmel Jeffrey; his sons, William Jeffrey Jr. and Connery H. Duncan (Karen); and his grandchildren, Connery Jr. and Katelynn Grace.
