He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wayne Carpenter and Mildred Webb Carpenter of Dillard; and his siblings, Elizabeth Caroline Smith of Toccoa, GA. and David L. Webb of Buford, SC.. He was also cherished by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
