He is survived by: his wife Hilda Townsend Starley; his son Bradley Starley; his siblings, Al Starley (Frances), Mary Ann Starley Meeks, Jane Garnto Lowery (Wayne), Betty Jacobs and Terry Starley (Terrie); his grandchildren, Jordan Underwood, Jacob Underwood (Megan) and Rayne Underwood; and his sister-in-law Sandra Starley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
