He is survived by: his wife Myrna Malone Gillespie of Dexter, GA; his children, Casey Gillespie and Brandon Gillespie; his grandchildren, William Adam Gillespie, Holden Matthew Gillespie, Calvin Tyler Gillespie of Tampa, FL and Tyler Gillespie of Tampa, FL; and his nephew Jeff Hicks.
