He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Preston and Chloe Sheffield Mulkey. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Mulkey of Dexter; his sons, Gene Mulkey of East Dublin and Curtis Lee Mulkey of Weatherford, TX; his grandchildren, Chloe Michaela Mulkey and Seth Newsome-Mulkey; and his great grandchild Charlotte Grace Newsome.
