She was predeceased by: her parents, David J., Jr. and Ida Hatcher Bryan; her son Samuel William Brown; her daughter-in-law Dianne Mullis Brown; and her brothers, Bobby L. Bryan and Howard J. Bryan.
She is survived by: her son David Andrew Brown of Dexter; her sisters, Ethel Bryan Dykes of Dexter, Louise Bryan Mullis of Dexter, Shelia Bryan Hall (Herman) of Dexter, Katrina Bryan Mathews (Bobby) of Dexter and Marcia Bryan Weathersbee of Chester; her grandsons, Bobby Hall (Michelle) of Kennesaw and Travis Hall (Jenny) of South Korea; and her great grandchildren, Ethan Hall, Connor Hall, Tyler Hall, Landon Hall and Colton Hall. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
