With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Blanche Collins (Dexter, Georgia), who passed away on June 25, 2018 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Edwin Collins; and her siblings, Hilton Wood, Mark Wood, Ed Wood, Nathan Wood, Bob Wood, Morris Wood, I, Lorene Sanders and Ruth Patisaul.
She is survived by: her children, Glenn Edwin Collins (Gerri) of Dexter, Robert Daniel Collins of Dexter, Woody Don Collins of Townsend, Wanda Collins Akins (Dennis) of Brooklet and Teresa Collins Knight (John) of Dexter; and her grandchildren, Shaun Collins (Olia), Dustin Collins (Sandra), Leslie Collins Pittman, Eli Collins (Kim), Isaac Collins, Virgil Gentry, Chad Collins (Vicki), Kelly Collins (Valerie), Thomas Collins (April), Marshall Akins (Caitlin), Monica Akins and Olivia Knight Dant (Blythe). She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Dexter Baptist Church Youth Fund, P.O. Box 35, Dexter, GA 31019.
