She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Parham; her parents, William James Dotson and Dessie Mae Pankey Dotson; her son Jerry Edwards; her siblings, Waymon Dotson, Glenn Dotson, Ozell, Lawrence Moss, Hazel Dotson, Cecil Dotson, Bob Dotson, David, Dorothy Dotson and Raymond Dotson; and her brother-in-law Joe Thomas.
She is survived by: her son Carl Shamuel Parham; her sister Lucille Thomas of Griffin; her sisters-in-law, Jane Dotson, Sara Dotson, Martha Sue Dotson and Gloria Clark; and her grandchildren, Candace Worley, Samantha (Evan Pulliam), Blake (Anna Parham), Sandy (Joey Pless), Brad (Sharon Edwards) and Billy Edwards. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
