He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Sapp and Zilpha Miller Sapp; his wife Shirley Faye Sapp; and his daughter Cynthia Kay Sapp. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Justin Wright of Denton, GA, Jessica W. Maddox (Dustin) of Denton, GA and Jaden Sapp of Hazlehurst, GA; his siblings, Dixie Bullard (James) of Dublin, GA and Warren L. Sapp (Jelma) of Savannah, GA; and his great grandchildren, Kaiden Wright, Jeremy Maddox and Kai Maddox. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
