She was predeceased by: her parents, Sampie Tidwell and Geneva Ward Smith. She is survived by: her brother Sampie Smith of Hinesville, GA; her nephew Sampie Brian Smith of Gainesville, FL; and her niece Shannon S. Lagen of Nashville, TN. She is also survived by several cousins and other relatives.
