Cook of Uvalda, Freedom Ray of Hazlehurst and Danny "Buddy" Ray of Huntsville, Alabama; his siblings, Christine Stanley of Denton, Deborah Norman of Denton, Penny Selph of Denton and Larry Ray of Denton; and his stepchildren, Phillis Collins of Denton, Mark Merritt of Douglas and Hunter Merritt of Kings Bay. He was also cherished by 11 Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
