He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie King and Leontine Spivey King; and his former wife Barbara King. He is survived by: his wife Jimmie Nell Tate of Snipesville; his daughters, Donna Medders (Leonard) of Hazlehurst and Kimberly King (Matthew) of New Hampshire; his brother Tony King of Baxley; his grandchildren, Kadie Robbins (Levi) of Snipesville, Adam King of Hazlehurst, Macie King of New Hampshire and Keaton King of New Hampshire; and his great grandchildren, Payten Warnock of Snipesville and Bentley Robbins of Snipesville.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hazlehurst Church of God (77 S Cromartie St, Hazlehurst, GA 31539). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
