He is survived by: his wife Sherry E. Maxwell Williams of Demorest; his sons, Joey Brooks, Grady Higginbotham and Daniel Higginbotham; his siblings, Dianne Sweeten, Mickey Sweeten, Eddie Sweeten, Stevie Allen, Amanda Allen and Frankie Allen; his grandchildren, Austin, Alichia, Nathan Brooks, Bridgett, Jade Williams, Connor, Troy of Angel, T. J., Roxanna, Cody, Will and Danny Higginbotham, Jr.; his great grandchild Ryleigh Brooks; and his nieces and nephews, Cody Franklin, Nicole Franklin (Tyler Adams), Dylan, Amber Allen, Madison Smith, Bentley Adams, Braxton Dowdy and Ryleigh Adams.
