He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Grant and Fannie Lee Dorsey Hooper; his wife Willie Mae Hooper; and his siblings, Frances Dickerson, Betty Parrish, Lera Mae Black and Paul Richard Hooper.
He is survived by: his sons, Thomas Keith (Diane Hooper), William Eugene (Susie Hooper) and Tony Randall (Kristie Hooper). He is also survived by six grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Whitfield Funeral Home and Crematory- North Chapel (245 US-441, Baldwin, GA 30535). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at the Yonah Memorial Gardens (255 Central Ave, Demorest, GA 30535).
