He was predeceased by: his father Bennie Edwin Nelson. He is survived by: his wife Kristy Decker Nelson; his mother Ilene Elizabeth Tolbert Nelson; his children, Dustin Nelson and Jacqueline Nelson Huyck (David); and his sister Bonnie Henson (Denny).
A graveside service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Calendar Georgia National Cemetery -Canton Ga (1080 Scott Hudgens Dr, Canton, GA 30114). A burial will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM.
