She is survived by: her daughter Michelle; her son-in-law Frank Povolny; her siblings, Mac Thompson and Diane; her brother-in-law Frank Christy; her sister Opal Shelnut; and her grandchildren, Erin Povolny and Evan (Julia Povolny). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church Cemetery.
