He is survived by: his wife Ellen Hooks; his children, Kyle Hooks and Tori Kelly; his children-in-law, Kiley Hooks and Charlie Kelly; his grandchildren, Andrew, Kaitlin, Kaden, Micah, Noah, Khloe and Joy Anna; and his brothers, Roger and Randolph. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
