He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Watts and Shirley Watts Welborn. He is survived by: his wife Landie Darnell Watts of Demorest; his children, Gary Watts (Emily) of Mt. Airy, Melissa Allen (Kasey) of Cornelia and Angela Hogan (Anthony) of Demorest; his grandchildren, Lexie Hansen, Tayler Allen, Justin Rumsey, Drayson Rumsey, Braelynn Watts, Kiley Minter, Logan Minter and Bryson Payne; his great grandchild Boone Rumsey; his sisters, Marie Lang of Cornelia, Gail Welborn of Hollywood and Dennia Pankey of Hollywood; and his stepparents, Pat Watts of Clayton and Bill Welborn of Hollywood. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
