He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Duncan and Maye Tench Duncan; and his siblings, Ellen Dias, Randolph Duncan, AC Duncan and Maurice Duncan.
He is survived by: his wife Von McCallister Duncan; his daughter Jammie; his son-in-law Keith Roberts of Clarkesville; his grandchildren, Ashton (Jacob Roy), Allie Welborn and Joey (MaKaela Roberts); his great grandchildren, Easton Roy, McKinnley Roberts and Lily Roberts; his sister Ann (Mack Dean); his mother-in-law Hazel Littleton; and his siblings-in-law, Stanley, Lorie Littleton and Donna McClellon. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
