He was predeceased by: his parents, Garnett G. Poole and Ada Savage Poole; his wife Ann Poole; and his siblings, Grady Poole of Edgar Poole, J. B, Jack Poole and Wilma Irvin.
He is survived by: his son Jeff; his daughter-in-law Robin Poole of Lawrenceville; his grandchildren, Kimberly Ciccaglione (Bryan) of Youth, Kris Poole (Nikki) of Clermont and Kyle Poole (Shelby Hall) of Tucker; his great grandchildren, Jaxson, Ryleigh and Claire; his brother Martin "Sonny" Poole of Demorest; his close friend Pat Taylor of Clarkesville; and also, Tina "Legs" Franklin, Geraldine Lingerfelt, Kim Smith and Pat Taylor.
