He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Daniel Jackson of Demorest; his sons, Jerry Phillip Jackson (Denise) of Alto and Philip Nathaniel Jackson, Jr. (Misty) of Jefferson; his stepsons, Jerry Taylor (Janet) of Demorest and Ricky Taylor (Becky) of Demorest; his grandchildren, Cody Harkins, Tyne Jackson, Logan Jackson, Diana Williams, Bronson Taylor, Kyle Taylor, Jerry Lee Jackson, Jason Jackson, Chris Jackson and Meredith Whisenant; and his sister Mary Wilma of California. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
