He was predeceased by: his brother Haschal Noel Brown; and his grandparents, Paschal, Elma Brown and Jimmy Erwin Turpen. He is survived by: his parents, Noel Dwight Brown and Crystal Lynn Turpen Brown of Demorest; his sister Ashley Lynn Brown (Russell Eugene Morgan) of Cornelia; his nephew Liam Noel Brown-Morgan; and his grandmother Helen Eva Turpen of Cornelia. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
