He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Levi and Bonnie Waters Trotter; his wife Mary Helen Wilson Trotter; and his siblings, Bobby Trotter and Helen Rogers.
He is survived by: his daughter Deidre; his son-in-law Thad Oglesby; his granddaughters, Maryann and Ellie Oglesby; his siblings, Billy Trotter, Charles Trotter and Betty Jean Dube; and his sister-in-law Carol Wilson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Calendar McGahee-Griffin & McEntire Funeral Home (175 VFW Rd, Cornelia, GA 30531). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
