He was predeceased by: his parents, William Francis Willis and Katie Durham Willis; his wife Mary Jane Justus Willis; his children, Helen Gay Thompson and Wade Swift; and his siblings, Mozelle Gayhart, Estelle Crunkleton, Lois Gayhart of Marvin Willis, W. C, Junior Willis, Walter Willis, Pauline Willis and Bobby Willis.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Dayaneva Thompson of Toccoa, Karinzia Smith (Josh Palmer) of Toccoa and Stephine Murray of Toccoa; his great grandchildren, Zoe Jane Smith, Christopher Thompson and Calin Murray; and his siblings, Ray Willis of Toccoa and Lorene Rider. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
