It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jo Nell Glaze Barreett of Demorest, Georgia, born in White, Georgia, who passed away on October 1, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester C. Glaze and Nezzie Mae House Glaze; her husband Hansel Barrett; and her siblings, Vernon of Rondall, B. L., A. J. Glaze, Arlene Lane, Ruby Cantrell London and Everene Glaze Tomlin.
She is survived by: her children, Nick Beatty of Ft. Myers, FL and Joan B. Tench; her son-in-law Ronnie Tench of Demorest; her brother Jack Glaze of Cleveland; her granddaughter Stefanie (John Abbott) of Demorest; and her great grandchildren, Jesse Abbott and Jacob Abbott of Demorest. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
