He is survived by: his parents, Joe Richard Payne and Amy Tomlin Payne of Alto, Georgia.; his wife Alaine Rosanna Zimmerman Payne; his daughter Stephanie; his son-in-law Nathan Allen; his grandson Brendan Ivester; his stepgrandson Kaylob Allen of Demorest, GA; his brother Greg; his sister-in-law Tara Payne of Alto, GA; his sisters, Alesia (James Brock) and Natalie (Monte Galerneau); and his nephews, Simon Brock of Cornelia, GA and Grayson Galerneau of Alto, GA. He is also survived by other relatives, & friends.
