He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Combs and Addie Francis Combs; his wife Elwanda Burton Combs; and his daughter Celeste Combs. He is survived by: his daughters, Addie Hart of Canada, Glenna Combs of Pendergrass and Christy Combs of Baldwin; his sister Willma Rice of Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Logan Hart of Canada, Kaitlin Hart of Canada, Brendan Hart of Canada, Krystal Blaker of Gainesville, Joseph Blaker of Gainesville and Mandi Simpson of Mt. Airy.
