With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Gennie Sue Palmer of Demorest, Georgia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Robert and Rachel Henderson Hambrick; her husband Clifford Palmer; and her siblings, Jean Hambrick, Bernice Barrett and Roy Hambrick.
She is survived by: her daughter Susan; her son-in-law Michael Davis of Clarkesville; her son Bruce; her daughter-in-law Beth Palmer of Clarkesville; her sister Bonnie Black of Acworth; her grandchildren, Jordan (Marissa Davis), Emily (Matt Green), Joseph (Olivia Palmer) and Kerston Palmer; and her great grandchildren, Harley Green and Ella Green.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Whitfield Funeral Home and Crematory- North Chapel (245 US-441, Baldwin, GA 30535). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 3rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 3rd 2024 at the Yonah Memorial Gardens (255 Central Ave, Demorest, GA 30535).
