He was predeceased by: his parents, Quinton Eugene "Bud" Ferguson and Etta Carolyn Spencer Ferguson; and his sisters, Elaine Grubbs of Atlanta, Mary Ferguson of Baldwin, Ella Arnold of Oakwood and Evelyn Tarrant of The Villages, Florida.
He is survived by: his sons, Jeff (Laura Ferguson), Bryan (Wendy Ferguson) and Steve (Jackie Nix); his grandchildren, Drew, Alex Ferguson, Katie, Collin Ward, Zach Ferguson, Anna Claire Ferguson, John Ferguson, Jonah Ferguson and Luke Ferguson; his great grandchild Brooks Ward; and his brother Dr. Jim "J. T.". He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
