He was predeceased by: his parents, Moses David and Dorothy Helen Jones Fowler; his sisters, Debbie Carol Fowler and Velma Jean; and his brother-in-law Leroy Gragg.
He is survived by: his son Jared; his daughter-in-law Kelly Fowler of Benton, LA; his son Jordan Fowler (Danae Smith) of Mt. Airy, GA; his siblings, Donald Fowler of Buford, GA, Douglas (Rhonda Fowler), Tommy (Anna Fowler), Cheryl (Fred Pitts) and Margaret (David Ledford); and his grandchildren, John Fowler of Benton, LA, Kayden Fowler of Benton, LA and Jase Fowler of Benton, LA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, 1 great-niece, 1 great-nephew; 3 honorary grandchildren; & his grand dog.
