He is survived by: his parents, David Lee Collins, Sr. and Karen Cearley Collins of Demorest; his sister Sharen Joan Collins of Demorest; his aunts and uncles, Janet Boisclair (David), Danny Collins, Carolyn Moody and Shirley Crawford (Hayden); and his pets, Binky and Crybaby George. He is also survived by numerous cousins, other relatives, and friends.
