He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Justus and Ruth Gunn Justus; his wife Linda Nelms Justus; and his brother Dwight Justus. He is survived by: his siblings, Johnny (Drucilla Justus), Aaron (Teresa Justus) and Minnie; and his brother-in-law Dale Brown of Demorest. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
