He is survived by: his wife Joyce Parson Parker of Demorest; his daughter Cathy L.; his son-in-law Dennis Dapkus of Dahlonega; his children, Laurie Weems of Clarkesville, Chris Parker of Clayton and Jimmy Grizzle of Morriston, FL; and his siblings, Sandra Chamblee of Clayton, Sherri Buck of Jefferson and Greg Parker of Clayton. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel (1370 Industrial Blvd, Baldwin, GA 30511). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Whitfield Funeral Home and Crematory- South Chapel (1370 Industrial Blvd, Baldwin, GA 30511).
