She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Cleveland and Lucille Batson Cleveland; and her sister Joan Cleveland. She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Carpenter of Demorest; her son Lee Carpenter of Helen; her grandson Andrew Carpenter of Cleveland; and her brother Glenn Cleveland of Sarasota, FL..
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Whitfield Funeral Home and Crematory- North Chapel (245 US-441, Baldwin, GA 30535). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
