He is survived by: his wife Doris Armstrong Ortlip; and his children, Stephanie Ortlip Beasley (Ernest) of Atlanta, Pamela Ortlip Tiemeyer (Keith) of Danville, KY and Benjamin Baxter Ortlip (Lisa) of Alpharetta. He is also survived by grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
